Physiotherapy is a branch of medicine dedicated to the treatment of illness or injury of soft tissues, joints, and nerves using physical methods rather than by drugs or surgery. Physiotherapy can restore movement and function by working with your body to locate and correct movement patterns.

Its basis is to treat chronically shortened muscles by desensitizing the muscle with dry needling treatments.

Vincent graduated with a Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC in 2020. He enjoys rehabilitation and prescribing exercise programs to help others achieve their goals. He believes that every individual is capable of reaching their goals and also enjoys helping clients learn something new about themselves. Vincent also has volunteering experience working at Kids Physio Group, where he shadowed and assisted physiotherapists in programs to help children improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination and confidence.

Outside of Kinesiology, Vincent started training in Taekwondo at the age of 7, achieved a second degree black belt and continued training up until 2015. He played various sports in elementary school including basketball and soccer. During his high school years, Vincent took part in many intramural sports such as volleyball, soccer and ultimate Frisbee.

Some of his interests include hiking, walks around the seawall, playing sports and watching movies.

He is also a fully licensed Traditional Acupuncturist of BC. He is an IMS Instructor in Hong Kong and at ISTOP. He has also an Honorary Fellowship at ISTOP.

His past achievements include a being speaker at the International Congress of Physiotherapy in 1972; at the Canadian Physiotherapy Association; at UBC on non-needle acupuncture, as well as at the Beijing University of China, School of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
